- “Mamma Mia!/Can-a we fix it?/That's fantastico!/Bellissimo!”
- ―Mr. Sabatini's catchphrases
Mr. Angelo Sabatini is the owner and chef of the local pizza shop in Bobsville and later the Sunflower Valley bakery and Sophia Sabatini's husband.
Bio
Mr. Sabatini is a family man: he has a wife Sophia, and two children named Carlo and Cassia. It is believed he came to Bobsville as an Italian immigrant, built his business from the ground up, and continues to celebrate his heritage in his community, enriching Bobsville with food and culture. According to Wendy, Mr Sabatini’s pizza shop sells the best pizza in town.
Personality
Mr. Sabatini is a hard worker, a kind father, and good friend to Bob. He loves football, which he calls Soccer, and he has a surprisingly good bicycle kick. He's surprised by his own strength. He is occasionally indecisive, as seen in 'Mr Sabatini's Smashing Day' in which he cannot decide on the tile colour for his Bobsville pizza shop.
Description
Mr. Sabatini is known for his distinctive long curly moustache and strong Italian accent. He is rarely seen without his signature white chef's jacket and cherry red neckerchief. He often pairs this outfit with blue-checkered trousers and fresh, white sneakers. He gestures widely and is generally an all-round expressive man who is a delight to be around.
He has at least one employee, a delivery driver, as confirmed in Bob's Pizza.

Trivia
- He, Mr. Beasley and Mrs. Barbara Bentley were some of the few human characters who appeared in both the Original Series and Project: Build It as regulars not to transition over to Ready, Steady, Build!. It's currently unknown why they never transitioned him over to CGI, but due to budget limitations to save room for the new characters and currently using characters for the time being, his model was never converted into CGI.
- Mr. Sabatini follows Italian customs. In Bob's Pizza, he kisses Bob on the cheek, causing Bob to blush.
- Mr. Sabatini can twirl a pizza on his finger.
- Mr. Sabatini's pizza shop offers at least the follow: Cheese and Tomato, Pineapple and Sweetcorn, and Mushroom and Onion. Deep-crust is available, as are custom pizza orders - for example, Spud's order of apple, turnip, and jam.
- Mr. Sabatini plays the sousaphone expertly, as shown in Mambo No. 5.
