Eberhard Haar (born in 1947) is a retired German voice actor who provided the voice for Scoop in the German dub of Bob the Builder.
He is best known for voicing Cheetor from "Transformers: Beast Wars" and "Beast Machines", Admiral Steven Hackett from the "Mass Effect" game series, Nigel Thornberry from "The Wild Thornberrys", Howard Deville from "Rugrats", George Valentine from "Scrubs", Tony Soprano from "The Sopranos", Pa Troll from "Mike the Knight", Mike from "Breaking Bad" and "Better Call Saul", narration for the German dub of Thomas & Friends as Well as the German Voice of Sir Topham and Lowham Hatt, and Bruce Wayne/Batman from "Batman: The Animated Series".
He retired from voice acting between 2020 and 2022.
